ComPoly: Polymer Blends, Alloys and Compounds
Polymer Blends and Alloys are produced by mixing of two or more polymers. They are classified according to the physical properties of their constituents as Thermoplastics and Elastomers etc.
Compounding of the polymers is referred as processing of plastics that changes the existing characteristics of thermoplastics; by changing mechanical and thermal properties to an overall aesthetic and dimension of plastics. Additives are used to enhance thermoplastic polymers and their properties. We offer compounding possibilities with Flame Retardants, Glass Fibres, Talc, Calcium Carbonate, etc. including toll compounding project.

White Masterbatch
White MB finds a wide range of applications that include lamination, extrusion coating, protective films, fibers, non-woven and injection moulding. Polyblend MB are applicable in indoor and outdoor applications as they are manufactured using varying and most stable TiO2 grades.
Black Masterbatch
Polyblend Black MB with low to high stable carbon black % content offers wide range of applications. Main purpose of Black MB is to offer colouration coupled with extending properties such as conductivity and light stability. It finds application in packaging, automotive, agricultural pipes & irrigation films, water storage tanks, wire and cable, etc.
Colour Masterbatch
Polyblend Colour MB are custom produced with various formulations suitable for ETP and Commodity plastics wide applications. We specialise in customised colours, fast colours, pastel shades, transparent colour tones matching to RAL or Pantone shades to comply international standards. Developed and manufactured using hi-tech lab equipments.
Additive Masterbatch
Polyblend Additive MB are mainly developed and produced for special applications besides mass production of filler MB for economising end products optimised with performance. The additives are used for enhancing quality of the finished product by altering physical and chemical properties of various polymers. This includes improving their weather ability, toughness, appearance, process ease, etc.
